Hi I'm Josh and I couldn't be more excited to share with you all the excitement that I have
going on in my life right now!  After 8 months here at Honda of Nanuet I have had the chance to experience the excitement that comes with working with customers who know what a great rpoduct they get when they buy or lease a new Honda.  I've also had the chance the get to know the DCH corporation and all the people I work with here at this location in Nanuet and I know that they stand behind what they say about "Delivering customer Happiness."  I think they could add to it too though, and add, "delivering employee happiness" because that's part of the culture here too... here, we all get along. Even the salespeople.  It's also really nice to understand that this dealership is an important member of the business community in Rockland County and its nice to fit in that way.
The other thing I happen to hav going on in my life is that my wife and I are expecting our first child in September.  This is something very exciting for us.  Our first, a boy.  so I've got all those wide-eyed things going on that come along with having a new family about to happen to us.  It's a special time and I think its got me paying extra special attention to every customer because I want you all to come back and buy 3 or 4 more Honda's from me!

    		•  I like the negotiation part.... I like it because people think it will be tough but it' the easiest part... 80% of customers already knowwhat they should pay, so it's easy to come to the happy conclusion.

    		• People need to work on which vehicle is for them.... a lot of people don't really know... for finace or lease... what is the primary use... and features... deciding on why some features may or may not really be needed.
